  • Our Instagram Classes require no registration, simple go to our Instagram profile (@isadoraduncandancefoundation) and click on our profile when we go LIVE! The class will be available for 24hrs on IGTV.

    To register for our Adult Zoom classes, email becky@isadoraduncan.org with confirmation of your tuition payment and we will make sure you receive the Zoom Link before class starts.

    To register for our Children’s Zoom classes which occur in monthly or 3 week sessions, email becky@isadoraduncan.org with your child’s name, age, and previous dance experience.

  • Our Instagram Classes are donation-based and sponsored by The Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation. All contributions are appreciated and donations can be made here or VIA Venmo (@lori-belilove).

    Our Zoom Class tuition can be paid either by PayPal here or Venmo to @lori-belilove. Please include in the notes your name and the date of the class.

    All tuitions must be paid before the class begins.

  • If your child would like to join mid-way through a session, we offer a pro-rated option for class registration. Call or email The Foundation about your interest.

  • If you have already paid for an Adult Zoom class and have missed it, please contact us VIA email and we will guest you into the next class offering.

    If you have missed a Children’s Class, contact us VIA email we will offer you a temporary link to view the video for the missed class.

  • For our Adult Classes, all current offerings are open to all levels.

    For our Children’s Classes, students must be the specified age for class by the date the first class meets.

  • No.

  • Camisole, leotard, and bare feet. Tunics are optional and available here. ADD LINK To prepare yourself for our online classes we ask that you have adequate lighting and enough space to move from floor to standing.

  • YES! Our classes begin on the floor with fluid warm-up movements and breathing exercises. The class progresses to standing with weight shifting movements and a full series of barre work. It is completed by traveling and jumping movements across the floor. We also include the practice of improvisation in the Duncan style, which is very important.
